Committees

WISPA becomes stronger through active member engagement. This occurs through WISPA’s standing committees, which are open to all WISPA members. The work accomplished in these committees guides WISPA’s daily operations, such as our shows, administration, and advocacy programs.

Agenda Committee

Directs and organizes the content presented at WISPAPALOOZA and WISPAMERICA conventions.

Finance Committee

Oversees WISPA’s operating budget.

Bylaws Committee

Guides WISPA’s corporate structure.

Government Affairs Committee

Develops legislative policies and tactics to guide WISPA’s lobbying staff.

Policy Committee

Develops regulatory policies and tactics for WISPA’s FCC lobbying efforts.

Nomination Committee

Oversees WISPA’s board elections.

State Coordinators Committee

Works to organize WISP industry advocacy on the state level.

Executive Committee

Comprised of WISPA’s Officers with certain authorities as designated or delegated by the Board.
