WISPA Seats New Board Members, Chooses New Officers

Washington, DC, November 20, 2025 – Today, WISPA formally sat its new Board Members and elected its new Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary to guide WISPA’s Board.

Through an open nomination and voting process held earlier this fall, WISPA’s membership elected Mark Radabaugh, President and CEO, Amplex Internet; TJ Scott, COO and General Manager, Broadlinc; and Nathan Stooke, CEO, Wisper ISP, Inc., each for a three-year term, filling the seats of WISPA’s exiting directors.

Also during today’s quarterly Board meeting, WISPA’s Directors and Officers chose as WISPA’s new Board Chairman, Josh Luthman, President, Imagine Networks; Vice-Chairman, Jeff Broadwick, Senior Sales Executive, CTIconnect; Treasurer, Ryan Grewell, Chief Innovation Officer, Nextlink Internet; and Secretary, Spencer Pous, CEO, BluBroadband ISP.
