WISPA Members Elect New Board Members

Las Vegas, NV, October 12, 2023 – WISPA and its membership completed its Board Member election today, filling three open, three-year seats held by Dave Giles (Vistabeam), Josh Luthman (Imagine Networks) and Brian Young (IPpay).

Earlier this summer, WISPA’s Board of Directors approved the following slate of candidates:

Claude Aiken, Chief Strategy Officer, Nextlink Internet
Drew Beverage, Chief Strategy Officer, 360 Communications
Jeff Broadwick, Senior Sales Executive, CTIconnect
Zach Hubeck, EVP Marketing, WAV
Josh Luthman, CEO, Imagine Networks
Spencer Pous, CEO, BluBroadband ISP
Jose Valdez, COO, DigitalC
Justin Wilson, Managing Partner, Fiber Data Internet Exchange

The voting period lasted from September 27 at 9:00 AM ET through October 11 at 11:59 PM ET. For voting this year, the professional services of ElectionBuddy were hired to manage the election. Voting was conducted electronically via an email sent to each WISPA members’ key contact.

The top three candidates with the most votes were elected for a three-year term, which will become effective at the November Board of Directors meeting.

Spencer Pous, CEO, BluBroadband ISP
