WISPA Congratulates Commissioners Starks and Carr on Their Confirmation

Washington, DC, October 2, 2023 – WISPA congratulates Geoffrey Starks and Brendan Carr on their Senate confirmation as FCC Commissioners to new five-year terms.  With Commissioner Anna Gomez’s confirmation last month, the FCC is now at “full power,” allowing the agency to comprehensively address the myriad issues that drive our diverse communications landscape.

We look forward to working with Commissioners Starks and Carr, as well as Chairwoman Rosenworcel, and Commissioners Gomez and Nathan Simington, on helping the American consumer and the companies that serve them, thrive, innovate, and continue to reap the benefits of ubiquitous connectivity, born of our ever evolving and dynamic communications marketplace.
