WISPA Announces New Board Members at WISPAPALOOZA

Las Vegas, NV, October 16, 2025 – WISPA and its membership completed its Board Member election today, filling three open, three-year seats on WISPA’s Board of Directors.

The voting period ran from October 1 at 12 p.m. EDT through October 15 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.  As in past years, the professional services of ElectionBuddy were retained to manage the election. The top three candidates with the most votes were elected to the Board, which is comprised of nine Directors in total.

This year, WISPA’s members elected:

• Mark Radabaugh, President and Chief Executive Officer, Amplex Internet
• TJ Scott, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, Broadlinc
• Nathan Stooke, Owner, Wisper ISP, Inc.

WISPA congratulates Mark, TJ and Nathan, and thanks the committed service of departing directors, Todd Harpest, Jason Guzzo and Kent Winrich.  The WISP industry is lucky to have such capable individuals charting the course of the Association, helping Hometown ISPs grow and prosper in service of millions of Americans in rural, under-resourced and Tribal areas of the country.
