FCC Doesn’t Need “Net Neutrality” Rules to Protect Open Internet

Washington, DC, January 17, 2024 – The Commission should abandon this proceeding, as there is no identifiable consumer harm that must be addressed. The proposed rules will be especially detrimental and burdensome to small providers, those delivering reliable broadband in the toughest reaches of our country. Quite simply, less innovation, deployment, and competition – the very opposite of consumer benefit – will result from a retread of these in-apt, Depression-era rules.
