BillMax Billing Solutions is a corporate division of its parent company, The iSpark Group. Together we have been in business since 1994. We originally started out as an ISP in Texas. We developed BillMax to meet our own needs and later offered BillMax as a product in 1999.
We are a small but profitable company with some pretty unique technology. The BillMax core is fast, reliable, and scales well. Wherever possible, we use off the shelf open source technology. BillMax is a web based application that uses MySQL for our database and Apache for the application server.
Our application out of the box is suitable for doing billing and provisioning for any net based service. BillMax does volume (10’s of thousands of customers are no problem!) billing and provisioning in a near “lights out” manner, freeing your staff to do other tasks and address the exceptions rather than the rule. BillMax can bill for flat rate plans (usually monthly plans), and for usage. Bills can be delivered in email or by post. Credit card and other electronic means of payment is built in. A full line of financial and customer care reports are included. In addition to the staff interface, a customer interface allows a customer to manage and view their own accounts.
BillMax is also a toolkit for custom solutions. We provide most of the source and all APIs and schemas are 100% documented. Our staff works very closely with our clients to put in place the required solution to solve any of your billing and provisioning issues.
