ISPAmerica Early Registration Price Deadline Extended to Feb. 13th

Due to delays in our postcard mailings, the early registration deadline for ISPAmerica has been extended to February 13th.  We are looking forward to another great conference with plenty of new material, sessions, training and other events that are designed to improve the WISP industry and build relationships.

Signups are picking up and exhibitors are starting to fill the exhibit hall.  If you have never gone to Walt Disney World before, then you may not realize the value of the $119 hotel room rate.  We have had numerous people wonder how we ever achieved such a great rate.  This rate is good 4 days before and 4 days after the conference.  If you plan on arriving early or staying late, you will need to call the reservations desk to extend the rate.  Call Jessica Carlson at 407-939-1825.  It appears there are quite a few "families" coming which is one of the reasons we chose Walt Disney World for this event.  If you have friends that are not in WISPA that would like to attend, we may have limited rooms available at this rate as well.  Just check with Rick and Trina and we will monitor the bookings.  We don't want to run out of rooms at this rate, but we do want to fill up the rooms available at this rate!  Book your Hotel here!

Tuesday, March 27th is dedicated at the TV White Spaces Workshop.  It is very important that operators who have recieved experimental TVWS licenses try to attend this event.  We, the WISP industry, need to drive a claim stake by installing these experimental systems across the country.

Another new event we have added at ISPAmerica is a CTO Roundtable.  This roundtable discussion is designed to bring technical experts from WISP companies together with software and hardware engineers to facilitate "quicker to market" enhancements needed by the industry.

Take a look at the agenda in table form or by the webpage.  We are now filling speaker and panelist roles, so please send any topics you wish to contribute to to ispamerica@wispa.org.

I talked to a lot of operators at Animal Farm and ITExpo this last week that are planning on attending but haven't signed up yet.  I encourage everyone to get this taken care of soon.

Hotel rooms must be booked by March 1st to guarantee the lower rate.
