WISPA and FISPA are pleased to announce our new spring symposium and exposition. This year's show has been named ISPAmerica 2012. We have set goals of attracting over 500+ attendees and 70 exhibitors. Last year’s event (FISPA/WISPA Service Provider Summit) was very successful and we are teaming up again only with a new more exciting brand name.
If you have exhibited at our previous St. Louis, Orlando or Las Vegas conferences, then you understand the value of participating in WISPA events. I’m sure the same can be said for the many FISPA events over the years. We thank you for your past support, for it was with your help, these events were successful. If not, we invite you to try ISPAmerica 2012, as we strive to make it our biggest and best event yet.
This spring's ISPAmerica 2012 event will be held at the Disney's Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World® in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is located in the center of the Walt Disney World® Resort in close proximity to Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios®, Disney's Blizzard Beach® and the Disney's Animal Kingdom®. It is an ideal location and there is always plenty to do. The meeting facilities and exhibit halls are top notch.
We will be maintaining our booth and sponsorship pricing the same as we had in Las Vegas. We received excellent feedback from our exhibitors there and although we will be taking some suggestions into account, booth pricing will remain consistent. Our Exhibition Hall will be twice the size we had in Las Vegas with over 22,000 square feet of space. With the extra space, we are adding (6) 10’x10’ conference room booths (to meet privately with clients), round tables to eat or take a break with others, food service through the hotel for the exhibition hall attendees and exhibitors who do not wish to dine at regularly scheduled luncheons, a vendor presentation area containing a podium and 40-60 chairs, and an exhibition hall containing (60) 10’x10’ booths, (10) 10’x20’ booths, and (20) 8’x 24” tabletops.

We hope this event is as large as the Las Vegas event in October. The combined total attendance for FISPAlive and WISPAPALOOZA was nearly 800, with over 1000 unique attendees when we combine all of the partner events together.
We have booked adequate facilities at the Disney's Coronado Springs Resort from Monday, March 26th through Saturday, March 31st. The main event is scheduled March 28th through the 30th, with partner events and intense training sessions on Monday and Tuesday. Exhibitor setup is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. We will have hot topics in Business, Technical and Marketing tracks, while still tossing in several sessions dedicated to regulatory issues. We do need to keep these issues in mind and deal with them as an industry in the current political landscape. If your company is considering a partner event to leverage the ISP audience coming to Orlando, please contact us immediately as limited space for these events is possible.
Booth and Sponsorship sales will be handled through the WISPA Online Store. We will be trying to simplify this process somewhat, but exhibit sales is often complex and can best be achieved internally by Trina or myself. Our goal is to have exhibit and sponsorship opportunities live on the store by December 21st.

There is a planned layout of the Exhibition Hall below, the booth numbers will correspond to those in the Online Store. Be sure to get with Rick and Trina immediately if you have custom requests. Custom requests will likely not be granted in the final 30 days before the event.

- Booth Staff is additional. All booth staff need to register. Ticket types will include Booth Staff with food or without food.
- Exhibit Setup: Walt Disney World® utilizes union staff, however, exhibitors will be allowed to carry in and setup booths as needed. Union cast members must perform any rigging needed. These rates do not include drayage, decoration, labor, security, booth cleaning, booth janitorial, booth electrical, booth telecommunications and other services. Setup is scheduled for Tuesday, March 27th.
- Sponsorships: Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsorship details are available upon request. Custom sponsorships are also invited.
- Hours of the Exhibition Hall are currently being discussed. Typical hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We may schedule a late start on Thursday with a later closing time to allow for dedicated participant exhibit time with no competition from the normal agenda schedule and to allow for a lengthy reception in the Exhibition Hall on Thursday evening.
