ISPAmerica 2012 will be held the week of March 26th - 30th at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World® in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. 

The agenda is currently being defined but some tentative schedules are known at this time.

• Tuesday, March 27th - Partner Sessions and Training Events (Exhibitor Setup)
• TV White Space Day (Sponsored by Spectrum Bridge, Carlson Wireless, Neul)
• Wednesday, March 28th - Full Agenda of Business, Marketing, Technical Tracks, Vendor Specific presentations and Exhibition Hall
• Thursday, March 29th - Full Agenda of Business, Marketing, Technical Tracks, Vendor Specific presentations and Exhibition Hall
• Friday, March 30th - Full Agenda of Business, Marketing, Technical Tracks, Vendor Specific presentations and Exhibition Hall

Registration for this event will go live on December 21st.  Registrations can be made on the WISPA Online Store.  

This event is a collaborative effort between WISPA and FISPA, similar to last years Service Provider Summit,  held in Orlando.

Hotel Rooms have been negotiated at a rate of $119/night for double occupancy.  Two children may accompany adults at this room rate.  The rate is also good for 4 days before and after the event.  Internet access, parking and transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport and throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort properties is complimentary.  These hotel rooms normally sell for $234/night during the March time frame.

Three luncheons, receptions and refreshment breaks are included in the registration price.  

Partner and Training events may carry an additional fee.  These training events will be facilitated by professionals and in some cases may result in certifications.  These training events are optional and are not required. 

We recommend that all attendees book their hotel rooms early.  We have reserved 1500 room nights at this price.  Cancellations can be made up to 5 days before the arrival date with no penalty.  The first night will be held as a deposit on a credit card.

We suggest that all attendees fly into Orlando International Airport in order to receive complimentary transportation to the hotel using Disney's Magical Express Transportation service.  

If you attended last year's FISPA/WISPA Service Provider Summit or WISPAPALOOZA last fall, you recognize how valuable our events are becoming.  Our exhibition hall is twice as large as WISPAPALOOZA with 100 booths and Tabletops.  This is another "can't miss" event and we hope to see you there.
