PRESS RELEASE
The Wireless Internet Service Providers Association (WISPA) is concerned that a new Federal Communications Commission (FCC) proceeding will slow down the deployment of broadband to rural Americans.
PRESS RELEASE
The Wireless Internet Services Providers Association (WISPA) today offered its praise of U.S. Senators Cory Gardner (R-CO) and Maggie Hassan (D-NH) for their leadership in introducing the “Advancing Innovation and Reinvigorating Widespread Access to Viable Electromagnetic Spectrum Act” (the AIRWAVES Act), which seeks to facilitate a national pipeline of spectrum availability.
The WISPA Board of Directors has decided it is time to create a more permanent leadership position at the organization. This will be a Full-time position and focus primarily on the Political Advocacy side of our WISPA but will ultimately be responsible for the growth and advancement of the entire organization.
