WISPA Criticizes AT&T and T-Mobile for “Misleading” Statements on CBRS

On Monday, April 23, WISPA sent a letter to the FCC, criticizing AT&T and T-Mobile for their “erroneous and misleading” analyses submitted for the record in the CBRS spectrum proceeding.

“As demonstrated herein,” the letter begins, auctioning Priority Access Licenses (PALs) by census tracts will not create the deployment difficulties that T-Mobile and AT&T both allege, but rather will enable the Commission to ensure more robust participation in competitive bidding, especially in rural areas where coverage and connectivity to underserved Americans is desperately needed.”
