WISPA filed these two sets of Comments with the FCC today.


They seek to even the playing field for wireline infrastructure – pole attachments, rights-of-way – and wireless infrastructure – towers, water tanks, etc. – even if the FCC decides to classify broadband providers as “information service” providers that would not otherwise be eligible for the protections of certain FCC rules.
