RESTORING INTERNET FREEDOM: WISPA'S REPLY COMMENTS

Download Filing

Washington, DC – WISPA filed the linked Reply Comments with the FCC regarding the FCC’s proposal to restore “information” service classification to broadband Internet access service.  The Reply Comments focus on just a few issues in order to highlight their importance to WISPA: (1) there is no real objection to the point that small providers suffer disproportionately from Title II regulations, (2) the general conduct standard is vague and requires providers to consult experts, and (3) the enforcement process should be streamlined and made more certain.
